Buy Back Policy

Eligibility

  • Species Jewels offers a buy-back program on select diamond and fine jewelry purchases.
  • Only items purchased directly from Species Jewels, accompanied by their original certification and invoice, are eligible.
  • Custom, engraved, or altered pieces are not eligible for buy-back.

Valuation

  • Buy-back value is determined based on the current market price of diamonds and precious metals, after deducting applicable service charges.
  • The condition of the jewelry will be assessed by our experts; excessive wear or damage may reduce the buy-back value.
  • Certificates (e.g., GIA, IGI) must be intact and provided at the time of valuation.

Process

  • Contact our customer service team with your purchase details.
  • Ship or bring the item securely packaged along with its original certification.
  • Our team will inspect the product and provide a buy-back offer based on its market value and condition.
  • Once accepted, payment will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Terms & Conditions

  • Buy-back is available only for genuine Species Jewels products.
  • Market fluctuations may affect the final value offered.
  • The company reserves the right to decline buy-back requests if authenticity or condition requirements are not met.
